Eligibility – Applications are open to individuals, firms, or entities as per the rules of Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojna.
Application Process – Submitting an application does not guarantee allotment. Allotment will be subject to availability and as per applicable government guidelines.
Payment Terms – All payments must be made as per the payment schedule mentioned in the allotment letter. Delayed payments may attract penalties.
Project Details – While every effort has been made to provide accurate information, project specifications, amenities, and timelines are subject to regulatory approvals and developer discretion.
Use of Property – Shops allotted under this scheme must be used only for permitted commercial purposes. Any misuse may lead to cancellation.
Jurisdiction – Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram courts only.
